New buildings

Meuse & Sambre have a long experience in new constructions: we celebrate our 101th anniversary in 2007! We built inland waterway or maritime vessels of all types. We delivered them in the whole world: Europe, Central and East Africa, South East Asia and the Far East. We designed and delivered finished boats as well as others "in kit" locally re-assembled by our customers, with our assistance.
We have also built, as subcontractors, hull sections of sea ships

Since 1995, we mainly provide boats for river cruising or industrial transport. Our principal recent references are the companies Croisi-Europe, Navigation de Bercy, Port de Lille, Port de Strasbourg. We are now starting with the building of special boats and pleasure boats.

The quality of our work is controlled by the classification organisms chosen by our customers, as Bureau Veritas, the American Bureau of Shipping, the Germanischer Lloyd.

Our current limits of production are as follows:

• 200 tons of steel per month
• Max limits of the size of our boats: 110 m (length), 12,50 m (width), 3,50 m (draught), 6,50 m (head room).
